Dusty Miller is the title of the one in the Saelig Silvadobb Tribe who takes care of health and protection of the tribe. It is a title passed on from generation to generation and where many years of study are involved. You can see Dusty Miller as a tree shaman working with knowledge and expertise from nature.

We met Dusty Miller 13th in 2011, when we went to see him for a week's time of training with him. He taught us about looking at the trees through the eyes of a tree shaman. Dusty helped us to deepen our connection with nature and told us plenty about the different characteristics of tree energies, also called the tree spirits or dryads. 

In the years that followed, Dusty 13th has come to the Schaapshoeve (our centre for personal growth and wellbeing) to give Walks ‘n’ Talks, a short walk and a presentation, in which he shared about dryads and his work as LiveWood instrument maker. At his last public visit, in April 2016, Dusty asked us to take over the care of one of his Apple Healing Wands.

Apple Wand – The Round Lover

An ancient wild apple tree from Weald of Kent (England) has given Dusty a knobby branch and left a clone of itself (a dryad) in this branch. There is a second dryad living in this branch: one from an ancient wild apple tree from the Netherlands. An English and a Dutch Apple Dryad working together in one single branch.

The Dryad of the Wild Apple (Malus sylvestris) has a very loving and forgiving personality. It will do everything in its power to nurture you, soothe away your doubts and insecurities, and make you feel good.

Healing: you receive what is needed

At Dusty 13th' request, the Apple Healing Wand is available for anyone in need of healing or care. You can send an e-mail with your name to Carin @ deSchaapshoeve.nl (without spaces). If you, wish, you can indicate if you are asking for a particular cause (e.g.: "help needed for an operation"). However, this is not at all necessary! Your name will be written on a list with the Apple Healing Wand and she will do its job for you.

Dryads will send you what you need, and this may not be the same as what you believe that you need. Therefore, it might be that you will experience healing or relief in a different area than where you initially asked help for. 

It is Dusty’s experience that this Apple Healing Wand can provide much healing and care.
